Oats in a jar!

Today started off with a great 6.1 mile run, 5 min cool down and abs. I always have a better day when I start with a good workout.

Breakfast then followed.  Breakfast was a banana, Starbucks Caramel Light Frappaccino with soy milk (what they actually called the drink was so much more complicated, but I’ll spare you the deets), and oats in a jar with Blue Diamond Almond Breeze unsweetened chocolate almond milk.


Perfection in a jar.

Time to work!  Be back for lunch!
